No refunds or returns permitted simply because consumer changed mind or made an error at the checkout. If item was received as a gift, no exchanges for an alternative item or cash back granted.

Damaged Goods.

Utmost care is taken to package your order however if for any reason your goods should arrive damaged, please advise via the contact page of the damage within 2 days of receiving. Assessment will be made on a case by case basis. Do not return the goods until advised as this may not be necessary. Alternatively do not discard the goods until they have been assessed. Further instruction will be provided. If a replacement due to damage is granted, the same item shall be shipped at no expense to the consumer. * With the exception of Limited Edition items in the sense that no replacement exists. A refund or store credit shall be negotiated.

Returns.

Only items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print may be returned.

No returns are accepted after 14 days of receipt of purchase.

We do not accept items that have noticeable wear or makeup stains.

We do not refund or exchange for change of mind or if the customer chooses the wrong garment size due to the print on demand service provided.
